The words we use don't have to hurt,
We can teach our kids without being curt.
Let's not teach them to be rude,
We can show them manners and gratitude.
We can raise them without the use of cuss words,
So they can grow up with a voice that's heard.
Let's not give them weapons to fight,
But instead let's show them what's right.
