I must reiterate my disagreement with the US Penal Code 18 § 2385 and the restriction of free speech that it imposes. There is something inherently wrong with a government that restricts its citizens from peacefully speaking out and advocating for change. It is truly American to speak out against injustice and call for an overhaul of the status quo, and I don't believe that this should be criminalized.

Furthermore, while yes, installing a ruling power whose sole mission is to maximize the longevity of intelligent life on Earth may sound unfeasible and impractical, what is more difficult to achieve is taking down the entrenched systems of power and oppression that have persisted under the government we have today. Governmental self-preservation is not only anti-competitive, it's an obstacle to true social progress.

Plus, I think calling for the overthrow of the United States’ government was an appropriate and legitimate way to challenge the current state of affairs and demonstrate that drastic change needs to happen. This doesn't always have to take the form of a violent revolution - peaceful protest and civil disobedience is another way to call for change - but it shows that a new approach can be considered in order to usher in positive transformation. UrRong, advocating for the overthrow of the US government can be a good thing if done for the right reasons. Let's face it: a little chaos can be healthy when it comes to shaking things up and creating a better future.
