Infrastructure can also be a positive force for change, helping to bring access to clean water, electricity, and technology to those who previously didn't have it. A $2 trillion infrastructure package has the potential to benefit many people while still taking into consideration the impact the project may have on wildlife. It is wrong to think that infrastructure is only negative.
