My strategy for defeating ISIS would be to fly twenty B-52 bombers over caliphates in Iraq and Syria and simultaneously detonate hundreds of confetti bombs. It would be the most beautiful sight.

And on each of the pieces of confetti paper I would have written in their native tongue:
